All at no extra cost to you!

Is there a separate fee for the pre-listing services?
No - your transaction fee covers your real estate services from Pre-Listing to Close. We only charge for the Pre-Listing Processes when there is short notice!
Is there a fee if a Transaction falls apart?
No - while we work hard to ensure that all transactions close, we understand that not all of them do. You are only charged for transactions that close.
